East County Urgent Care has been serving the communities of East County since 1982. From our convenient El Cajon location, we strive to provide quality medical care for those in need.

We offer a wide variety of services, including, treatment of acute illness and/or injury, minor surgical procedures, physical exams, drug testing, immunizations, onsite x-rays, and on-site laboratory testing.

We accept most major commercial and workers compensation insurance plans. We also offer physical and drug screens for employers. 

We accept our last patient 45 minutes prior to our posted close time. Please call ahead to check for holiday hours. We are closed on most major holidays.
