- Self-Pay. Don’t have insurance? Just ask us about our affordable self-pay “cash” prices.

Medication Refills
- East County Urgent Care does NOT refill medications by phone. If you need a refill on a medication, you must return to East County Urgent Care to see a health provider. Alternatively, you can go see your Primary Care Provider.
